Parking In-Lieu Fee

Levied by City of Visalia on new development in Visalia. Authorized under the Mitigation Fee Act - Gov. Code Sec. 66000 et seq.

Not priced for this house. This charge is real, adopted and collected, and it is left out of Visalia's figure for one reason: it is levied per parking stall, and a typical home does not fix that quantity.
