What it pays for

“BWA used a "buy-in and expansion" methodology to establish new maximum sewer and water capacity fees on a per Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) basis. Under this approach, new connections buy in for a proportionate share of existing facilities and pay for their fair share of expansion-related improvements to meet the capacity needs of new growth.”
