County of Sacramento, the agency that levies it
“Pursuant to Section 16.84.140 of the Sacramento County Code the Development Impact Fees collected per building permit, occupancy permit, or grading permit (calculated based on the appropriate units) shall be increased by 1.001 percent as follows:”
“Some current facilities at Mather Field will not be subject to the MFPFF. These existing facilities were occupied prior to the use of the interim MFPFF or did not require County approval for reuse. ... Additionally, some current development sited at Mather Field funded its fair share of roadway improvements through separate agreements and will not be subject to the MFPFF for that development. Certain open space and utility related properties that receive no measurable benefit from new Mather Field roadway improvements are not subject to the MFPFF.”
“Landowners who fund construction of facilities included in the MFPFF will receive credits against the appropriate fee or fees. Fee credits will be realized at building permit. The MFPFF may be reduced under certain circumstances. Any reduction in the fees will be based upon Sacramento County's independent analysis and review of the subject property.”
“NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mather Field Public Facilities Financing Plan Development Impact Fees shall be increased on Monday, March 2, 2026.”
