“PARK FEE EXEMPTIONS The District should consider exempting the following from payment of the Park Fee: Public Agencies All federal and state agencies, county, city, and local public agencies should be exempt from the Park Fee. Replacement/Reconstruction Any replacement or reconstruction (no change in use) of any residential unit that has not been vacant for more than five years shall be exempt from the Park Fee.”
