Not priced for this house. This charge is real, adopted and collected, and it is left out of Ontario's figure for one reason: it is levied per DU/yr, and a typical home does not fix that quantity. That is not the same as a zero. The fee is owed; what is missing is the number to multiply by, and inventing one would price this house with more confidence and less truth. “the City typically authorizes special taxes in the Ontario Ranch Services CFDs to pay for police protection services, fire protection and suppression services, ambulance and paramedic services, maintenance and lighting of parks, parkways, streets, roads, and open space, flood and storm protection services, and maintenance and operation of any real property or other tangible property with an estimated useful life of five or more years that is owned by the City for residents within a given CFD.”
