“WHEREAS, Pursuant to Article XIII B (Proposition 4) of the California Constitution, it is the intent of the City Council of the City of Hesperia and the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District to recover costs reasonably borne from fees and charges for services rendered; and”

“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA AND THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE HESPERIA WATER DISTRICT, AMENDING THE CITY-WIDE FEE SCHEDULE.”

“WHEREAS, the FY 2023-24 User Fee Schedule was adopted on December 19th, 2023 and effective March 1, 2024; and”

“SECTION 170: Miscellaneous Fees" / "General Plan update fee (per EDU, or 1.5 multiple dwelling units) 7% of Building Permit 12/1/2025”

“The City Council and Board of Directors specifically authorize the City Manager or his/her designee to approve fee waivers, fee reductions, and/or issue credits to customers up to a total amount of $5,000 per occurrence. This authorization shall apply to all adopted City fees, exclusive of any adopted Development Impact Fees or any other fee that is not able to be reduced as a matter of law.”
