“NEW GROWTH AREA MAJOR STREET CHARGE (FMC 11-226.2) ... The New Growth Area Major Street Impact Fee shall be applicable to all building permits issued after July 1, 2007, except for those lots that are protected under vesting map rights which have not expired. This fee would be applicable to any lots created by subdivision whose map was accepted for filing after January 23, 2007. Fee shall be calculates on a net acreage basis - gross area less major street dedications.”
