“All rates in this section apply to land known as Copper River Ranch bound by Copper Avenue to the South, Friant Avenue to the West, Willow Avenue to the east and approximately one mile north of Copper Avenue as studied in the program EIR10126. These fees are developed and adopted based the April 2019 Fee Study for Copper River Ranch. Any entitlement within the project boundary identified above is subject to the Copper River Ranch fees pursuit to the following schedule.”

THAT the Master Fee Schedule Resolution No. 80-420 be and is hereby amended to adjust the Copper River Ranch Impact Fees as proposed by and justified in the nexus study prepared by QK Engineering and Planning. The revised pages of the Master Fee Schedule are attached as Exhibit "A" and are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Resolution.”

City of Fresno Public Works Department, Land Division & Engineering

“The following fees are based on preliminary conceptual information. The exact fee obligation will be computed prior to Final Map approval by Public Works Department, Land Division & Engineering. The fee rates in effect at the time of Final Map approval, determined by the Master Fee Schedule, shall apply (Reso. No. 2016-258).”

“3 As the improvements are constructed and reimbursement requests are submitted, the City of Fresno shall disburse funds as those funds become available. The developer must submit the appropriate information to the City in order to be considered for reimbursement (see City reimbursement procedures). Reimbursements will be made in the order that the infrastructure improvements were accepted by the City.”

“THAT the fees adjusted by this Resolution shall become effective 60 days after adoption.”
