“At the time that a development impact fee is calculated, an administrative fee, as defined in Section 3.40.030, shall be added and collected with such fee.”

“Development impact fees will not be charged for any development project consisting of a building or building addition of less than five hundred (500) square feet, except for the construction of an accessory dwelling unit.”
